ZaZ Restaurant (Zaz.زاز) places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in line with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Depending on your use of the site, we collect: your identity and contact details when booking or ordering (name, email, phone), information related to your orders and reservations, your loyalty balance and history if you create an account, and technical browsing data (cookies).
This data is used to: process your reservations and orders, manage your customer account and loyalty programme, contact you about a private event, improve our service, and, with your consent, send you our newsletter.
Processing is based on contract performance (reservation, order), your consent (newsletter), or our legitimate interest (service improvement). Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived per applicable legal retention periods, before deletion or anonymisation.
