These terms govern the use of zazrestaurant.site, table reservations, online orders and the loyalty programme offered by ZaZ Restaurant (Zaz.زاز).
The site allows guests to browse ZaZ's menu, book a table, place an order (dine-in, takeaway or delivery, subject to availability) and manage a customer account including a loyalty programme and gift cards.
Every reservation made via the site is confirmed by email or SMS. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of exceptional unavailability, with immediate notice to the guest. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in the table being released.
Displayed prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Stated preparation and delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand.
Payment is made using the methods offered on the site or in the dining room. Any confirmed order commits the guest to paying the total amount shown, including delivery fees where applicable.
A reservation may be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked time from your account. Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
Loyalty points are credited based on paid orders and valued according to the scale in force, available in your account. ZaZ Restaurant (Zaz.زاز) reserves the right to adjust programme tiers and benefits, with notice to members.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Agadir courts.
